Andrew Barnhill is a health care government affairs executive with experience at Fortune 500 companies and a diverse set of healthcare coalitions and political campaigns at the state and federal level. Named by "The Hill" as a Top Lobbyist in two consecutive years (2022 and 2023) and by the National Institute for Lobbying and Ethics as a 2023 Top Lobbyist, Barnhill currently serves as Head of Policy for the world's leading health care and technology company. He previously was Head of Public Policy for BioDelivery Sciences where was responsible for all government affairs and sat on the leadership team, reporting to the Chief Medical Officer. He also served as Director for Federal Policy for GlaxoSmithKline. At GSK, Barnhill was responsible for policy development and internal and external thought leadership on federal issues. He also led GSK's engagement strategy with federal agencies, specifically the Department of Health & Human Services. Barnhill led the company's response to the White House Blueprint on Drug Pricing.
