About me
Derina Man is a Group Manager for the Integrated Decision Support team at the National Renewable Energy Laboratory and portfolio lead covering Southeast Asia. She manages a suite of international projects focused on research, deployment, and capacity building related to advanced energy systems, including the Net Zero World initiative, the ASEAN Climate Solutions Hub, and the USAID-NREL Advanced Energy Partnership for Asia. Prior to joining NREL, Derina spent a decade working with governmental and commercial clients around the world on various climate change issues, including designing long-term and low-emission development strategies; greenhouse gas accounting and analyses; capacity development and training design; supporting the phasedown of fluorinated gases; and climate communications.
