Tom Golway is a chief technologist at Hewlett Packard Enterprise Labs. Tom is focused on ways to provide governance to massively distributed applications, including policy-based orchestration, immutable trust fabrics and infrastructure plasticity. Prior to HPE, Tom has experience working with technology startups as well as leading enterprises such as Thomson Reuters and research institutions such as MIT-Lincoln Laboratories. He has co-authored 4 books on technology strategies, is a frequent blogger, and speaks at technology events on emerging technologies. Recent topics have included massively decentralized application architectures and pervasive computing. Tom is also involved with global organizations such as the World Economic Forum, the International Science Reserve and The Nobel Prize Summit on climate change.
